Our story
Runaround was started in 2010 when our founder Caroline was given an unwanted rabbit to care for. It soon became to clear to Caroline that her rabbit wasn't very happy in it's hutch and this inspired her think of solutions to improve the environment of all rabbits. Now part of the Excel family Runaround offers a wide product range designed to help meet the behavioural needs of small animals
About us
We are a family run business who live in North Cheshire and were inspired to think of better ways of keeping pets after being given an unwanted rabbit. This led to us designing the original Connection Kit in 2010 and we’ve been trying to improve the lives of rabbits and guinea pigs ever since!
Space to live
As the owners of rabbits, guinea pigs and other small animals we have a duty to meet their welfare needs. This includes giving them an environment that allows natural behaviours to be expressed. Excel Runaround provides spaces for your pets to run, jump, explore and hide as they see fit, leading to a much more rewarding experience for your pets, and yourselves.
Modular and secure
Excel Runaround's modular systems mean that you can adapt your animals environment to fit existing structures and gradually add extra features. We use super strong mesh and other features to help keep your pets safe from predators.
